Shipping

Customers from outside the European Union are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of purchased products. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.   

TIMING

We want you to receive your purchased products as quickly as possible. 

Austria: 1-6 working days

EU: 3-10 working days

International: 7-14 working days

All orders are shipped via the Austrian Post Service and UPS. Shipping within the specified working days cannot be guaranteed.

Special Editions are excluded. Please note the shipping time in the product description.

SUSTAINABILITY

We strive to run our business as eco-consciously and in as sustainable a manner as possible. For this reason, we will endeavor to recycle and reuse all our packaging to keep wastage to a minimum. Where possible we will also use packaging that has strong green credentials with regards to biodegradability etc.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 working days after she/he received the ware. This right of withdrawal only applies to the consumers on the ground of consumer protection law and does not apply to businesses. The ware which returned in this way must be returned complete, unused, in the same state as they were upon receipt and in their original packaging. In case the product´s value has diminished as a result of the customer, he/she must bear the compensation costs.

The costs applicable to the return of products must be borne by the customer. 

The right of withdrawal from a contract is ensured with the timely posting of the written cancellation by email (hello@andreakollar.at) and returning the ware to the seller.

The items must be sent as a parcel with a Track & Trace number. It is not an option to return the order without a tracking number. Parcels from outside the EU countries must be clearly marked with ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. The seller is not responsible for any customs charges regarding the returned parcel. Any charges and costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

The seller will process a refund to the customer within 14 business days after receiving the ware.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS AND SCULPTURES

The sale of original artworks and sculptures is made by request via e-mail through our website. Once the customer decides to purchase an original artwork or sculpture, an invoice will be sent to the customer. Payments are possible via PayPal and bank transfer. Once the payment is made, the goods will be shipped by UPS. The duration of the shipment and the right of withdrawal are subject to the same time frame and processing as the goods from the online store.
