Our store is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. (Squarespace). Your data is stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
Squarespace uses third party payment processors to assist it in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third party processors’ use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this privacy policy. Payments for our products are currently processed and managed using the third party vendors Stripe and Paypal.

For the analysis and evaluation of web page traffic we work with the web analysis service Google Analytics. This belongs to Google Inc. (1600, Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Inc. is certified under the US – EU Data Protection Act “Privacy Shield” and is committed to abiding to EU Data Protection Guidelines. COOKIES
Our website uses “cookies”. A cookie is a small file, which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. So-called social media plugins are included in our website in order to recommend and share features from social media, such as for example Instagram or Pinterest. In interacting with these plugins, e.g. when you press the “Instagram” button, or enter a comment there, your browser will transfer this information directly to the relevant social media site and save it there. WEB FONTS
This website uses Adobe Web Fonts for a visual attractive and homogenious display of its contents which is a justifiable interest and therefore covered by Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. When entering our website your browser loads the relevant fonts into its cache to display text, copy and typo correctly.For this reason your browser has to connect with the servers of Adobe Inc. NEWSLETTER
Newsletters are generally distributed by email. The newsletters contain information about our products, our promotions and company events as well as special tailor-made offers from our product catalogue.
Subscribing to our newsletter can either be done in writing in one of our stores, or online by registering on our website. The online registration for the newsletter is carried out by the so-called double-opt-in method. Therefore you will receive an email after registration that requests the confirmation of your registration. This confirmation is necessary in order to prevent misuse of your email address by a third party. For the newsletter subscription you only need to supply your email address. The newsletter registration is recorded in order to comply with the legal requirements.
For the distribution of our electronic (“online”) newsletter we use the distribution processor from Squarespace, Inc.
You can retract your consent to receive our newsletter at any time. A cancellation results in your data not being evaluated as stated above from this point in time. A link to cancel your newsletter subscription can be found at the end of every newsletter. You can also contact our office to cancel your subscription.
CORRECTION AND/OR DELETION
Furthermore you may request details of the personal information, which we hold about you at any time. If you believe that any information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please write or email us as soon as possible, at the address below.
